Working at the JuBi
There are attractive and interesting jobs for young people at JuBi
Trainee Housekeeper
Our trainees spend their first year of training at a vocational college. They then move to the JuBi and complete their second and third years of dual training with us, attending block-based classes in Munich. Weekend and evening shifts are required during the training. Trainees must sit an interim exam and, after three years, a final exam.
We offer an interesting, varied job in a motivated and strong team!

Voluntary Ecological Year (FÖJ)
A voluntary year dedicated to the environment is a wonderful opportunity to get to know yourself and nature better – whilst helping out in the garden and with educational activities. You’ll also assist with JuBi’s environmental seminars (such as nature discovery days) and have the chance to get involved in your own projects as well as in ‘One World’ initiatives.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Age: 18 to 27
- Driving licence
- Willingness to commit to a 12-month assignment, including weekend and evening shifts
- An interest in working with and for young people
Here’s what we offer:
- Pocket money
- Free meals
- Accommodation if required
We will provide you with a certificate detailing your experiences during the voluntary ecological year; this serves as a valuable foundation for making an informed career choice and preparing for the world of work.
Places for the Federal Volunteer Service
Our places on the Federal Voluntary Service programme give you the opportunity to interact with guests from a variety of backgrounds, and to help out with building maintenance, gardening and educational activities. You will also provide support to our guests.
