International work

In our globalised world, with its multicultural and multinational societies, international youth work is becoming increasingly important.

Our programmes promote personal development and identity formation among young people. Their self-confidence grows, they develop social and intercultural skills, and they become open to new experiences and encounters.

International youth work is directly linked to the values and educational philosophy of JuBi.

Interaction among children and young people encourages

  • Solidarity, tolerance, freedom, equality, justice and fills these values with life,
  • democratic and social thinking in a united Europe,
  • a sense of responsibility for the community,
  • personal development,
  • intercultural and linguistic competences,
  • (European) sense of citizenship and civil engagement.

JuBi’s programmes aim to

  • promote international exchanges and projects, such as youth and school exchange programmes, as well as
  • facilitate exchanges for professionals and multipliers.
