Only the services actually utilised will be charged from the daily rate.
For adult groups in price categories II and III, the applicable VAT rates will be added for catering and accommodation.
For every group staying overnight, a group room is included, appropriate to the size of the group. Additional rooms can be booked on request and subject to availability, at an extra charge.
Conference materials (e.g. paper, photocopies, etc.) and additional group rooms will be charged at cost. Media, bed linen and a small towel are included.
