Practical youth work
We support youth work with programmes and collaborations in Swabia
... and beyond!
Our JuBi seminars for youth work staff and young people offer both basic and in-depth training in the topics and content of practical youth work.
Our range of seminars and training programmes extend from youth leader training (JuLeiCa) and customised first aid courses to cultural education courses and much more.

Action-orientated learning / experiential education
We teach personal and social skills!
Our experiential education work is characterised by out-of-ordinary tasks (e.g. activities in high and low ropes courses), cooperation in groups as well as movement and reflection.
We offer target group-specific programmes and individual measures.

Discrimination-critical learning / diversity
Learning that is critical of discrimination means recognising the different types of discrimination, levels of discrimination and their entanglements as well as dealing with them critically and reflecting on them.
We deal with diversity and discrimination-sensitive interaction with and among each other!

International work
Room for encounters and exchange!
International youth work offers programmes for young people and professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds and nations.
We organise international exchange projects to create opportunities for young people and youth welfare professionals to meet and work together.
We advise young people who are interested in gaining experience abroad.

Education for sustainable development
Today for tomorrow, here for everywhere!
With our educational programmes, we want to empower people to think sustainably and act responsibly.
Visitors and participants at our educational events should be encouraged and motivated to actively participate in shaping an ecologically compatible, economically efficient and socially fair lifestyle.
