The District Youth Council of Swabia, which represents youth policy interests in Swabia, is the sponsor of the youth education centre. JuBi is therefore also the home of the 14 youth organisations and 32 youth associations in Swabia, which are united in the BezJR. This network supports JuBi and allows it to function as an educational network for youth work in Swabia - close to the action and at eye level. JuBi works in a participatory manner with young people and voluntary and full-time youth work staff. This guarantees quality and continuous development. Our target groups are therefore primarily group leaders and officials as well as multipliers in youth work, individual young people, groups and teams, employees in associations and youth organisations as well as those responsible for and partners in youth work.
The JuBi is an education platform for the administrative district of Swabia, which, as the mission states, complements, strengthens and renews the different types of youth work. The basis for our work is set and laid down in the current children and youth programme for Swabia.
The district of Swabia is the property developer of the JuBi. The work of the JuBi is supported and accompanied by the youth committee of the Swabian district council with the district council president Martin Sailer and the administration of the Swabian district.
However, the centre is also open to user groups beyond Swabia with their own educational intentions and activities. Guest groups benefit from the educational atmosphere, the facilities and the professional expertise in their respective programmes.
